So we’ve combined a list of uses and quick recipes to make it a new staple in your pantry!

- Baking: Use honey to replace sugar in cakes, cookies, and muffins for a natural sweetness and a slight moisture boost.
- Glazes: Create a simple glaze for baked goods, seitan, tofu, or vegetables by combining Zero-Bee Vegan Honey with a little water or vinegar.
- Drizzles: Drizzle honey over pancakes, waffles, or your go-to dairy-free yogurt for a sweet and sticky topping.
- Drinks sweetener: It can be a great sweet addition to your Sacred Tate Ceremonial Cacao, summer iced tea, or even your morning coffee.

Zero Bee Honey Mustard Dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more or less olive oil.
Vegan Seitan Roast with Honey Mustard Sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 block of seitan
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- Place the seitan in a roasting pan. Pour the sauce over the seitan.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the seitan is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
Tips:
- For a more flavorful seitan, marinate it in the honey mustard dressing for at least 30 minutes before roasting.
- You can add other vegetables to the roasting pan for a complete meal.
- Serve with roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, or rice.
