How do I order?
You can order straight from our e-shop. Should you need a custom-made order, please email us at info@whippatisserie.com . Please allow a minimum of 7-Days notice for a custom order.
Please note that a 2-Days notice is required on website orders. Orders need to be placed by midday. (ex: if you need the cake for Friday, you need to order before noon on Wednesday)
Where can I find your products?
Find us directly at our pastry shop; 871 Beaufort Street, Inglewood (W.A)
We also trade at the Freo Farmers Market every 1st, 3rd, and 5th (whenever there is one) Sunday of the month.
You may find us at other events around Perth. To be in the loop, we recommend you check our latest updates on Instagram.
Can I just walk-in to pick-up a cake?
Large cakes are only available with a pre-order, requiring a minimum of 2-days notice because we create them fresh from scratch.
If you are after last-minute treats, visit our shop during our opening hours for smaller individual portions. We will be happy to recommend you the best choice for your occasion.
In a hurry? Contact us via Facebook or Instagram messenger apps to have a quick chat with us, and we will be able to send you photos of the available choice.
I want something different, is it possible?
Yes! We are able to cater for special private orders. For anything customised, or out of our menu, please email us to info@whippatisserie.com
This is available for larger orders or larger cakes. Please note that a longer notice is needed depending on the request.
You may like our tailored Signature Catering experience with seasonal changes and exclusive items.
Please note: we don’t do American-style cakes with icing and buttercream layers.
Do you have nut-free and soy-free items?
We do have products free from nuts such as our Classic Croissant, Chocolate Croissants, and more. While we do provide these options, traces may be found due to these items being handled in our kitchen.
Soy-free and nut-free products can change with the monthly creations, so please contact us via email info@whippatisserie.com so we can share up-to-date information.
Is everything Vegan?
Yes, everything we do and sell at our shop is Vegan. Being Vegan ourselves, we love to bring joy to our plates, without cruelty but with flavours-packed and modern creations.
I need normal cakes which aren't Vegan, can you help?
No, because you wouldn’t tell the difference! Indeed, while all our desserts and pastries tick the vegan box, they also help our clients with eggs and dairy allergies to enjoy special treats that still taste “normal” without being worried about traces in our equipment.
Because we’ve experienced a vast culinary education, we do know how our products should taste and feel like, we only serve what fits our standards and expectations. Our desserts are also being enjoyed by ominivorous clients who keep coming back for the experience our handmade treats provide, because “it doesn’t taste vegan”. Believe us, it won’t taste like grass!
Do you do Gluten-Free options?
Yes, we offer Gluten-Free options! There is a whole category available to pre-order from our e-shop. Discover our Gluten-Free options here.
Although not everything we offer is Gluten-Free, we bring gluten-free desserts and cakes as much as we can. You will only find items we like, just to bring you the best options possible.
