Eden – Mango & Native Geraldton Wax
The Eden cake is our very first signature creation, blending a classic native Australian botanical with a Summer fruity touch.
Very light and fresh, which is perfect to finish a hearty meal with a delicate touch of sweetness.
It also includes a very crispy plant-based chocolate and puffed buckwheat base, with layers of sponge, mango gel, and Geraldton wax-infused cream.
100% plant-based.

This dessert is light and delicate, perfect if you are looking for something fresh and not too sweet. If you are looking for something sweeter and indulgent, you may want to select the Chocolate Hazelnut cake instead.
We recommend you get a good knife to cut the crispy base.
Size Guide:
6.5’/16cm: up to 8 full slices / up to 16 half-slices
8’/20cm: up to 14 full slices / up to 28 half-slices
10’/25cm: up to 16 slices / up to 32 half-slices
