To help you decide: this Lemon Meringue Tart focuses on the flavour of lemon. While some around the world will bring you the sugar rush some are looking for, this version will have a more delicate sweetness of the meringue to let the citrus be more present.

“Smaller, 4-6 serves” size is presented as an oblong shape, 28cm (11 inches) in length and 11.5cm (4.52 inches) in width.
“Larger, 6-8 serves” size is presented as a round shape. Diametre is 26cm (10.23 inches).
