Want to add the Pain Suisse? You get to choose to make it a larger selection with 2 of the Pain Suisse. It is a traditional pastry made of a striped lamination, hiding aromatic vanilla beans pastry cream, and chocolate chips. All the elements are baked together to create a creamy filling texture, with the pastry layers absorbing some of it. It’s a big one, and Billy Eilish approved it!
Quality Focus:
- We use Unbleached Flour
- The only sweeteners added are raw sugar and maple syrup
- Our Vegan butter is free from palm oil, GMO’s, and hydrogenated fats
- We make all the croissants to order, from scratch.
