- 6 Traditional Croissant or
- 6 Chocolatines aka Chocolate Croissants (contain 2 chocolate bars and cacao layers) or
- 6 Almond Croissants
- 6 Pains Suisses: striped laminated puff pastry hiding an aromatic vanilla pastry cream and chocolate chips.
Made by hands, with house levain starter, over 2 nights.
Quality Focus:
- We use an Australian Unbleached Flour
- The only sweeteners added are raw sugar and maple syrup
- Our Vegan butter is free from palm oil
