Let’s welcome your new Christmas choice: The Not Tiramisu Christmas Bûche!
La Bûche is part of our French cultural legacy, and after years without doing one, we were longing for a typical cake, easy to share and place as a centrepiece.
The Not Tiramisu Bûche brings you back one of this year’s people’s choice dessert winner, because you may have tried it or missed it as a monthly special.
Inside, you will find a coffee-soaked sponge, a creamy and sweet not-really-mascarpone chantilly, and a generous layer of coffee couverture glaze.
The flavours and textures will remind you of the classic Italian dessert, but be warned, this is a creative take of the popular dessert!
Measurement: about 26cm long, and 8cm high.
Can make up to 12 serves.
Please organise a large esky or freezer bag with ice packs to optimise the integrity of the product during transport. The cake box measures 10x10x5 inches.

Orders pick-up will start from 9am or from 12noon. Date and time of collection to be selected at checkout. If a slot isn’t available, it means that it is closed or fully booked.
Everything we make is vegan, dairy-free, egg-free. This item is free from gluten.
Contains nuts (almonds). Although we take care of sanitising and cleaning between uses, traces of gluten and other nuts may be found due to other productions.
