This special wheel-shaped dessert is a French classic was invented in 1910 by the pastry chef Louis Durand. Paris-Brest was named as such to honor a bike race that runs between Paris and the port city of Brest, in northwest France.
Made of choux pastry and hazelnut praline pastry cream, this version is totally plant-based, and will delight Hazelnut flavours lovers.
Made of choux pastry, hazelnut thickened pastry cream, hazelnut praline, caramelised hazelnuts and vanilla chantilly topping.
This version can serve between 4 and 6 persons.
